Random fact of the day: there are approximately 35 million sheep in the UK. : )
At this time in two weeks, I will be somewhere in the English Channel, on a rather large boat, heading to Iberia (Spain and Portugal for you people who are geographically challenged, its ok, I didn’t know either ’til I started going on cruises there). I’ll probably be fretting about holding the parents intoductory meeting, sat in one of the restaurants with a guy called Tom. I havn’t met him before, I hope he’s nice. Especially as we’ll be working, eating, and generally hanging out ALL of the time for 9 days.

M.S. Braemar.
Last time I was on this ship seems like aaages ago. Was on for 6 weeks, by the time we were 4 weeks in I was so fed up I packed to go home. Two weeks early. And I HATE packing hahaha! Its weird because you end up being cut off from absolutely everyone you know, and the whole rest of the world as well. That is unless you give people the secret phone number they can get hold of you with. Think I sent about a million postcards in that 6 weeks, and probably mounted up a lovely bar bill and slop chest bill as well! Hopefully we’ll have a nice bunch of kids (and parents) as that tends to make the job a lot easier. Did get to go to some awesome places I’d probably never have gotten round to going to though, like St. Petersberg, and Warnemunde (lol).

German beaches ftw!
It was windy in Warnemunde, lol. And my God we went to Norway, a lot. But I love it now so its ok. Yeah the tiny port towns got a little tedious, but last summer I decided to go on as many tours as possible, and ended up seeing stuff like in the next picture. I want to stay in the hotel here, its at Voringfosse, imagine waking up to that view in the morning…

Pweety.
I don’t get seasick much which is good. Although one time the boat was rocking so much you couldn’t walk down the corridor straight without bouncing off the walls. And the kids were up-chucking at every opportunity, usually in the entrance to one of the lounges or some such other public area. Hopefully that won’t happen…although the bay of biscay can be a little temporamental, although saying that every time I’ve crossed it its been like glass, GLASS I TELL YOU! ANYWAY enough of me boring you with tales of cruises, I’m off to watch episode 2 of the new series of Dexter *shivers with delight* then time for sleep. Driving lesson tomorrow, finally, now I’ve found my paper counterpart haha…
